By using kyrela.shop and placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and include no tax unless shown at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have paid. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatching rather than charge you the wrong amount.

Product description. Kyrela fleece-lined tights are made of 38.9% nylon, 14.9% spandex and 46.2% polyester. Colour reproduction varies between screens, which is exactly why the exchange policy exists.

Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private.

Intellectual property. The Kyrela name, the site design, the photography and the copy belong to us.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies.
