Shipping policy

Dispatch. We ship within 24 hours of your order and email your tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.

Shipping cost. $4.99 on a single pair. Free on orders of two pairs or more.

Tracking. Every order is tracked. If your tracking number has not started moving, write to support@kyrela.shop and we will chase it.

Address changes. Tell us before dispatch and we will amend it. After dispatch the carrier decides.

Undeliverable parcels. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we will contact you to re-send it. Re-delivery is charged at cost.
